The hotel has no private parking, no garage and no elevator.In Porto Marine, public parking is chargeable during the day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (1 hour = 0.50 EUR - DAY: 17 EUR).

If you wish to arrive before the scheduled time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance before 19:00.
For arrivals after 19:00 please inform the hotel during the day.
Reception: open from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.in summer
Reception time low season: 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Upon your arrival we may ask you the imprint of your credit card to be charged in case of supplements and / or in case of damage and / or missing in the room when you leave.

Cancellation & No show: If you cancel, the prepayment is not refundable. In case of late cancellation (48:00 before the date of stay) and no-show the entire stay is due.
